I also think i bring a positive atitude to our class and to the P.E. block. I know that i have improved my fitness this year because in the modifyed comunity run the first time i got 25:19 and the latest time was 21:36. I have participated most class's by not forgetting my P.E. strip. The largest thing i have noticed from my fitness level this year is being able to fun further and faster while using the same amout of energy. I have enjoyed trying my best every fitness day and not making up excuses to not have tp join in. Overall this year in P.E. has been very enjoyable and i look forward to next year! :D
Thanks for sharing Kevin. What are you going to do without your phone this summer? Good luck managing your ailments. Stay strong (start lifting) to PREhabilitate the potential for further injury. We'll catch up in September....

ReplyDeleteAfter each gym class, you should post a picture or video or even write a written explanation about what you did during the class and how you made it a welcoming environment for everyone.
