Just keep running

I have also been doing periodic runs to try to increase my long distance stamina running for lacrosse and just possibly the sun run if I sign up. I have decided whenever I am bored or have nothing to do I will go for a run and I have noticed that it has helped me a lot.

Starting a nightly run. At 2 degrees.

  2. I really think that daily runs are really helpful for stamina, more posts, some more evidence, and probably a video would make this blog a really great one.

  5. Good job with bringing your active learning home! Yu should post videos to show that you arent just standing oitside and taking pictures and going back home
