Recent Running

Over the past few days I have been going on regular runs to try and keep my stamina up for lacrosse and other activity's. I am quite proud of my accomplishments so far but I know to truly improve I need to keep running as often as I can and increase the distance of my runs. I am starting to consider training for the Sun Run to keep myself motivated and have a goal for my running. As i have not done much research on the Sun Run i am not sure if three months is enough time to train or if I am even old enough to run but I hope it is possible as for me it is hard to do anything without a certain purpose attached to it.
